On the Job Training has improved our productivity, increased our employee retention, allowed our employees to learn new skills, and enabled us to tailor the trainings to our small manufacturing business and our employees. On the Job Training has only been possible because of Ohio Means Jobs (OMJ). Their WIOA On the Job Training Program has allowed us to be partially reimbursed for hiring and training job seekers in permanent positions. Additionally, OMJ's supportive and knowledgeable Business Service Representatives (Vince Roberts and James Broadbent) have been there every step of the way!
