Civil Process
The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Civil Office processes all paperwork for courts, attorney offices, prosecutors’ offices, and general public, including but not limited to subpoenas, summons, civil protection orders, and secret indictments; receipts and records money for civil and criminal dockets.
We require two business days before the court date to process and attempt service properly; this excludes weekends and holidays.
